Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

malpractice?

Last year I had what I thought was a total thyroidectomy. My endocrinologist told me for the past year ..I had no thyroid and must take medication. I started developing hyperthyroid symptoms again and have pain in ear and feeling of fullness in my throat. After ultrasounds and tests I find out only 1 lobe had been taken out and I now have 3 solid nodules/tumors on right lobe. I reviewed pathology report and surgeons report from last year & both say they took out right lobe. Im now looking at more complicated surgery again only a year later and radiation if its cancer. Do I have a lawsuit here?

Re: malpractice?

You may. It is suggested that you retain an attorney to review your medical records and, even more important, to have a physician review those records for a full determination as to the merits of this case. Please feel free to contact me at your earliest convenience to discuss this further and in more detail.

You may be able to pursue a medical negligence claim. This firm has handled many claims surrounding failures in the proper treatment of various cancers and thier precedent conditions. We'd need additional information in order for our attorneys and medical staff to evaluate your potential claim.
