Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in New Jersey

My wife's doctor ran an STD test on her without her consent. What are the legal ramifications of that?

Since your wife did not suffer any harm as a result, I do not beleive there is any lawsuit you can file If she is uncomfortable with the doctor, change physicians.
