Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

illness due to working in dry cleaners

My aunt has come down with neuropathy. Worked in a NJ dry cleaners approx. 30 yrs ago. Research by me via internet indicates possible connection between the two. Would like opinion on whether it's worth seeking legal counsel. Her illness is pretty bad. Any possible recourse since her exposure to dry cleaning chemicals was so long ago? thx

Re: illness due to working in dry cleaners

There may be a case there, depending on whether the statute of limitations has been tolled, and also whether her illness was caused by the chemicals. Does a doctor say that the chemicals caused the illness, or is this your own theory?
