Re: work related injury

You certainly have a workers comp case which entitles you to medical, temp while out of work and permanancy for any permanent aspect of the injury. You cannot sue a co-employee unless the injury was intentional or close to it. However, if the mechanic is not a co-employee then you would likely have a case against him as well.

The best way to evaluate your rights is to contact an attorney or firm such as ours to discuss your rights. Consultation is no charge and we will work under a contingent basis which allows for you not to pay anything unless there is a recovery.
