Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Jersey

I was involved in a hit and run accident and received 3 summonses:

39:4-81

39:4-129b

39:4-130

the 39:4-81 is a first offense, the latter two are subsequent offenses, the first time for both was over 20 years ago.

I understand I stand to lose my license FOREVER. Is this mandatory? Is there any way I can drive after this?

The 39:4-129b offense, as a second offense, requires, upon conviction, the loss of driving privileges for one year and at least 30 days in jail. There are defenses available and you should call me to discuss the facts and circumstances of your case.

Call me if you like.
