lawnmower accident

on homeowners insurance if wife was injured by lawmower while husband was operating it can a lawsuit be brought against husband through homeowners policy?

yes. please go see a lawyer who handles a lot of personal injury cases, who is located not too far from you. Get some advice. The attorney should agree to meet with you for free, and you should not have to pay any attorneys fees (*you MIGHT have to pay costs, not sure) unless you win money.

it may depend upon the language of your insurance policy. You may also have a case against the mnfg. of the mower. You simply cannot handle either of these cases on your own and you should seek legal help. If you let me know your location I can suggest some competent attnys for your wife
