Legal Question in Product Liability in New Jersey

Attorney dismisses case due to cost of experts

My husband died in June 2002, when the firestone tire blew out, causing his Ford E-250 van to rollover. He was allegedly unbelted and ejected. A passenger remained buckled and lived.

The van was sent to a scrap yard w/out my knowledge and crushed. The tires were also destryoed, but I have the 3 pieces that shreaded.

I have gone through two law firms and neither one is willing to invest money because there's ''too many unanswered questions''. The second lawyer did file it in court and we started depositions. He recommended that we dismiss the case.

We do not know where the Firestone tire came from. The Police report states the tire that blew had ''dry rot''..although the three others were fine.

I was told this is a complex case. I do not know if there are any lawyers who would be willing to take the case if it's so questionable but I'd like to try one more time.
