In the Business Owners Policy (BOP) coverage form in P & C insurance, up to how many people are allowed in a restaurant, which if more than this amount, will void coverage for the restaurant?

Whatever the maximum capacity is allowed by the fire marshall. It should be posted in the restaurant.
