Foreclosure matter. Father was serve with summons & complaint but had dementia and alzhiemers and wasn't able to defend . Bank produced affidavit of service for daughter, but daughter was never served. Process server's description was wrong. Is there a challenge for this to vacate the foreclosure complaint ?
