water wells and septics

Is it legal to have sold a house where the well is not on the property purchased and that the septic tank is a sespool but wasn't disclosed to the buyer about this at time of purchase?

It really depends on the type of dead conveyed to the purchaser, and the terms of the contract of sale. If you require a specific answer to a transaction, you should have the paperwork reviewed by an attorney. We are able to do that for you.
