Is a DUI conviction that occured in 1994 in NJ considered a misdemeanor or a felony?

Neither. It is a traffic offense in NJ - NOT a criminal offense. However, in certain circumstances, it can be used as an enhancing factor for sentencing purposes for other matters. Please call me for further explanation.
