Police officers amount of time to file a traffic ticket in NJ

Hi,

regarding Civil Procedure, how long does a Police officer has to get a traffic ticket into the local municpality's court docket system in new jersey?

The officer generally has no responsibility for entering a traffic ticket into a court's system. Thee is a statute which states the various periods of time an officer has to write the summons.

it is usually 30 days for the ticket to be issued. sometimes longer for some offenses.
