Legal Question in Traffic Law in New Jersey

I was pulled over around the holidays and a state trooper let me go with a warning but advised me that I had 2 outstanding warrants for my arrest. One for parking tickets from about two years ago that I completely forgot about and one for failing to show up for court for driving while suspended. I am looking to take care of everything because I am done worrying like I had been for the past months. I also have two other parking tickets that I need to take care of. How do I do what needs to be done with out getting arrested?

Call the courts in the towns where you got the various tickets, ask them if there are any outstanding warrants that you need to post bail on, if yes post the bail and then get a new court date, if no then just pay the PARKING tickets. As to the Driving While Suspended, the same procedure except don't pay the ticket. Consult with a lawyer first, and then decide how you want to proceed. The penalties on a driving while suspended ticket are very severe, so talk to a lawyer first.

Call me if you would like to discuss your matters further. I never charge for just talking to a person about their case. Thank you.

The first two lawyers have given you good advice. You do need a lawyer for the charge of driving while suspended.

Call me if you like.

At some point, you are going to need the services of a lawyer....

You can get ahead of the game, save time and probably a lot of aggravation and money by talking to one ASAP.

Or you can wait until you eventually are incarcerated and use the services of the public defender.

My fees are reasonable and I've assisted a lot of people in your position in just about every county in New Jersey.... Feel free to write back to [email protected] with any specific questions.

I can only give you the same advise that every other attorney has, find out if there are any outstanding warrants in the towns where you received parking tickets, post the bail and pay the tickets, talk to a lawyer about the Driving While Suspended because that is a serious ticket. Are you suspended because of all the parking tickets? In relation to that ticket the assistance of a lawyer is most likely your best option. Feel free to contact me if you like, I never charge for a consultation. Good Luck. (201)-894-9498
