Re: reckless driving in new jersey

I've never heard of reckless parking. Reckless driving implies driving last time I checked.

Reckless driving requires driving in a manner which is in disregard of a known hazard. It is difficult to prove. How can dangerous parking be

reckless driving. It sounds like blocking traffic, a non-moving violation. You need a lawyer.

Reckless driving requires that the car be driven. If you received a reckless driving ticket for a parked car please contact me to discuss how we can beat this ticket. I never charge for simply talking to a person about their case. Thank you.
