Can an annuity check issued a number of years after probate,to the estate be deposited by the personal representative and distributed.

If the personal representative follows his fiduciary mandates and if the issuer allows it, it can be done. I am presuming the estate bank account, if there was one, has been closed. There may be additional jnuances to this check, like taxable income, so it may be more complicated than just depositing and distributing it.
