Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My biological father has never acknowledged me as his own. According to my now deceased mother, he absolutely is. Can I make him submit to a DNA test?

I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish, so this needs to be clarified. Are you just seeking to prove he is your father, or are you looking for something more? I do not believe you can compel him tp submit to this testing just on a whim, but if there is a valid reason, you might be able to get a Court to require him to do it. This is a reply to an Internet question and the response is not intended to be legal advice or as creating an attorney-client relationship.
