Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My father passed away recently. His Will states that everything goes to his current wife. However, he signed a letter that he signed the new Will under Duress from his wife who he was living seperate from. I lived with him for the last 6 years while his wife lived in Florida. Can I contest the will ?
