Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

My grandmother passed away and in her will it said he house was to be sold and the profits were to be split equally between my mom & her brother. The house was in both of their names, and when my grandmother was sick, my mom signed over the house so her brother could do a reverse mortgage.. Now my cousin is living there, barely paying rent, and the lease says she's out in December, and my Mom's brother is no longer returning phone calls... Is my mom still entitled to half when the house is sold?

This is a problem. A real problem. Reverse mortgage? why? where did the money go? Cousin living in the house and barely paying rent? why? Your mom may end up getting nothing unless she takes action to find out what is going on. She could even end up with nothing.

Give me a call, and I will find out what is happening to your mother's house. Yes, it is half her house, and people are doing things without telling her.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and I will go over this with you, and give you some advice.
