Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

As an heir, can i file a complaint against a Judge Advocate General that poorly crafted my deceased father's will? As a result of that, i must now retain attorney to protect my interests from step-mother attempting to steal everything under the ambiguiity of the will.

I do not know military law, but there have been cases where attorneys have been sued successfully for poor draftsmanship of documents like Wills. More facts and details are needed for a better response. Also, I have not seen the document, the language of which may have a bearing on the response.
