Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Jersey

I have been named executor by the probate court to handle an estate valued at $52,000. Am I reqireed to use a lawyer during the bonding process. If so, why?

You are never required to have a lawyer. However, you may want to consult with one to go over what your duties are as an Executor and the steps you need to take. You would only be charged for the time. If you want any questions answered, please call me.
