This is a real problem, but I can not tell just from what you have said what is the best way for you to handle this. Over $2,000.00 in legal fees to the condo lawyers?! What for?

I have in the past represented condo associations and sued people and filed liens for condo dues. I never charged $2,000.00 for a simple condo dues matter.

Call me, bring me all the paperwork, and I will go over it with you. I will not charge you for the first confernce with me, and I will tell you what I think is the best way to take action. But for $2,000.00 on top of condo dues, this is a real problem.
