Father's visitation rights

Man is divorced, is awarded visitation every other weekend, holidays, and 2 weeks for summer vacation. Mother has refused to give children to father, give correct address and phone number. Need to find a request for setting form, motion for modification of visitation form, and anything else? Mother lives in Texas, Father lives in New Mexico, NM has jurisdiction over divoce case. Would really appreciate help.

Re: Father's visitation rights

If you goto http://www.nmcourts.org (if it's not org

then try .com) you should be able to find the forms

you are seeking. An attorney and a judge will want

to know how long ago was the divorce; why and when

did mom leave the state; what steps has dad taken

to see the children; how does dad know the kids are

in Tx if he doesn't know the correct address or

telephone number? That part sort of does not sound

real clear.

Please provide more detailed information. The more

detail you provide the better an answer the attorney

can provide.
