Can i be denied a job at a

hospital because i am pregnant and cannot receive an MMR vaccination?

Yes, because you would be exposed to the diseases the vaccination is designed to protect against, and even if you have had measles, mumps or rubella, your fetus could be at risk. One has no right to any particular job in New Mexico, and the situation you describe presents a legitimate job requirement.
