Licensing Procedures
How does one become a licensee of a band in order to manufacture and sell their merchandise? Does this procedure differ from entity to entity or is there a general procedure for most situations?

If you are trying to license rights you do not currently own then this would be accomplished by entering into a licensing agreement with the owner of the material (in this case the band). If you are a member of the band then you may already have certain rights in the license. Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of any assistance in this matter.
