Internet Pictures
Non-sexually explicit pictures of me were used to promote an event on the Internet without my permission. I emailed and asked them to be taken down and it took them 4 months!

There would be no invasion of Privacy if you were filmed in a public place where there would be no expectation of privacy. You should speak to a qualified First amendment lawyer to see if you have a real case. Good Luck
