past due parking tickets
if i put my friends car in my name
and he accumulated $1600 in past
due parking tickets, 2years over
due can i take him to court being
that now i cant get a city job until i
pay the debt

If the car is in your name, you might be responsible fot them. Who owned it when the tickets were received?
