I served my answer more than a month ago in a civil case in Queens, NY. I haven't heard from the Pltf but I want to settle or have the case marked off. What should I do?

if you served an answer and you represent yourself, the court should schedule a hearing before a judge. You can call the court and find out when that date will be...
