Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in New York

My daughter forge my signature to get a lease on a car, i found out about a few months when i tried to get a loan, i sent a letter explaining the car dealer my daughter forge my signature and she is responsible for this debt! Car dealer still contacts me...What should i do?, i really don't want to get my daughter arrested!
