When you say "added me on her time share" does that mean you became an owner or just someone who has the right to stay there during your reserved week(s)? What is the legal description of the time share (Coop? Condo?). Normally, there would have to be some documentation YOU have to sign to become a part owner...if you are a co-owner and your mother is not making payments (I assume you have NOT been making any) you will have to make payments to retain your "ownership" interest or the time share will be sold. If you are NOT an owner there is NOTHING you can do.

Unless you signed some agreement, you are not responsible.
