Judgment?

How would i know if a judgment has been placed against me and can they restrain my account without prior notice to me?

Most credit reports will list your judgments. Many times judgments are entered where there has been substituted service on debtors. It is possible that even though the attorney did all that he can reasonably be expected to do, the defendant did not receive notice...it happens...there are remedies.
