Was issued a judgement in favor of a creditor, supposedly there was a court date I did not attend (never notified) Inquest clerk ordered judgement in favor of creditor and their is a lien on my bank account. Can not access funds at all. How can I vacate the judgement, order to restore to calendar and request for funds to be restored to the account. PS. Certain funds were related to child support and public assistance grant.

Re: Vacate Default Judgement

By order to show cause move to vacate judgment based on excusable default and a meritourious defense to under lying claim. You must explain both in your papers. Good luck.
