Burglary 2nd
My husband has been in custody for the passed 14 months on burglary charges and he has a private lawyer but, notthing is happening he said that the DA is not ready and has no offer on the table how much longer can they keep him detained.

180 day an indictment hgas to issue or speedy trial motion can be made to dismiss, unless defense attorney requested adjournment or he is doing time for other charges or there is a violation of probation hold on him. If you have additional questions, call me at 212/847/9595.
