Legal Question in Criminal Law in New York

Hi I'm juan and I want to know if I'm gonna get a jail time for very small amount of marijuana, criminal possession, 221.10, I also had two unlawful possessions of marijuana within 2 years, twice this year I was arrested and once last year, I have a job and I can't miss work, nay chance on just a fine?
