I got three years probation for 2 aggrevated operation of a mv misdemeanors in nassaucounty ny Ive gotten 4 uas in5 months and two were pos for cocaine first time got mandated outpatient treatment second got scoldedand,under duress,signed a confession so Im pretty sure she plans to violate me the originalchargeswerenotduiordwi Myquestionis,hadIalawyerpresentwhenshewentovermytermscouldihavehadanyofthetermsomittedlikeuasandidontlikethewarrantlesssearchoneeitherificouldhaveisthereANYchancethatoptionisstillopenimrealisticiftheoptionweretherethedirtyuasprettymuchlockedupitbeingmandatoryMysecondquestionisifithinkshesgoingtoviolatemewoulditbesmart toitakeituponmyself toenteraninpatientfacility-sorry space bar stickingprettyabadlygot hardto type
