Legal Question in Discrimination Law in New York

internet harassment

My exgirlfriend has put my name, email address, and cell phone number all over the internet to various schools, health care companies, mortgage companies etc.,etc.. My cell phone rings 10 times a day with people saying 'we rec'd your application' I have received over 100 emails at work confirming my membership to various pornography sites. I would like some legal advice how I can go after her or the parties responsible. I am 100% it is her because she is the only person with access to this information. Please help I need advise.

You can do something about this problem.

You can sue in small claims court and ask the court to subpoena her telephone and email records to see if she called/emailed these people. then you have evidence.

With the evidence you can go to the police or ask the court to require her to clean up the mess. You can get an order (best) for her to stop doing this. if she continues, she can go to jail.

Take it one step at a time. first the lawsuit, then the subpoena, then you can get results.
