I have just got my second dui ticket in 2 years. I pleaded guilty to the first one and took all my classes, still have to pay some fines. What can i expect? What can i do?

You should hire an attoney immediately... you may be facing time in a State prison and a felony charge which would permanently become a part of your record.

You are in desparate need of a good criminal defense lawyer who knows his way around the DWI statutes.

There are a couple of outstanding DWI guys in Rochester. They are expensive. They will be the best chance you have to save you from jail or prison.

You may contact my office tomorrow afternoon for a referral to one of these lawyers if you would like. You can reach me by following the links below or sending me an e-mail.

Also be prepared to have to go to an inpatient facility. I reccomend Sierra Tuscon if you have the money and insurance, otherwise Veritas Villa is good too. Either way start Alcohol rehabilitation with a good therapist ASAP. It will help with the court.

Last DO NOT DRIVE. Even sober. Until you get permission from the court or at least are told it is ok by your lawyer.

Good Luck.
