alcohol treatment program
I have complied with all aspects of my probation for DWI conviction. I did attend an alcohol treatment program for 12 weeks. I have started college and cannot attend anymore. My probation officer violated my probation and I went to court and they told me I must enroll in a treatment program or I will go to jail. My probation is for three years. Do I have three years to complete a program?

No ususally the program is started soon after conviction. Have you spoken to the lawyer who represented you at the plea? He will probably have the best bead on what to do next.
