Re: Dwai

Not only is there a possibility of a good plea, but you have a good chance at an acquital after trial. A competent DWI/DUI attorney has alot of latitude to cross-examine in cases where the reading of blood -alcohol is so low. With good video of the other tests this is a winable case. You may contact my office @7188340087 for a free phone consultation.

Re: Dwai

It very likely can and your greatest chance at having the charges significantly reduced would be to retain the services of an experienced attorney. You have a very good chance at a reduction. We have substantial experience handling these types of cases, however, we would need some more information before making a complete and proper determination. You are welcome to contact us for a free consultation.

Re: Dwai

DWAI is not a crime, and there is no lesser alcohol-related charge that the D.A. can plead it down to.

The real question is whether they have a good case against you for the 1192.1. You may contact me for a free consultation to examine that question further, or any other defense attorney that is specially knowledgeable in the area of DWI defense.
