Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

My ex husband posted nude pics on me on craigslist. he included my

phone number soliciting sex. i am told by a number of people that unless

there was any direct harm done i dont have a case......please help,thanks

You could probably sue for prima facie tort and punitive damages. The question is does he have money to pay a judgment if you get it.
