Legal Question in DUI Law in New York

summonsed by department of defense

is it really possible for a

department of defense officer

to pull me over and arrest me

and take me to a federal lock up, when i am a civilian and

not a federal employee

It all depends. Were you on federal property or property to which the officer was assigned? Secondly, if he is a duly appointed police officer, federal or state, does he not have an obligation to enforce laws which are violated in front of him?
