Legal Question in Family Law in New York

adultery

since adultery in marriage does not

affect my rights/compensation but only

in 'extreme' cases -- what are the

'extreme cases?' married 20 yrs, no

kids, never worked, did wifely duties,

own home w/60 acres.

There really are no extreme cases. It is extremely rare that adultery would affect your rights for financial determinations in case of a break up.
