custody and support
As the mother I have court ordered custody and father is odered to pay child support, we got back together and had another chile., Is the previous court orders null and void or do I just amend them to add the new child? Additional information is that I reside in New York/

Re: custody and support
The original order is still in effect until you go back to court to have it vacated. If you want support for the new child then you also must go to court to have that child added.
