Debt with Income Taxes/Fiance Responsibilities

I am planning to get marriage to a man who owes money to the IRS-income taxes in US. We are Canadian. When married I am going to be held responsible for his IRS debt?

No. However, money in joint accounts can be seized by the IRS to satisfy the debt.
