Legal Question in Family Law in New York

i filed for uncontested divorce, base on abondonment ,now my wife is contesting it she was served may 27, his attorney is trying to get the case transfered to queens, when in fact it was filed in manhattan, our married date was 10/19/2006, no property no child in the marriage, I was fooled into marriage when she kept saying we will live together in the future,its been 18 months now, i feel i was taken for a ride,after she received her temp green last dec, things change her attitude change, we have diff addresses,we never had a chance living together, what are my chances of winning this case and will the case drag for monhts or years.,. her apt conedison and cable bill is in my name, what will it cost for your firm to represent me and i would also like to know about withdrawal of petition and financial support with the immigration service she also has a daugther involve in the immigration process and which she claims her daughter didnot received her green card yet,
