You left out important facts.
When did they leave?
Was there an outstanding custody/visitation order?
Did the order require that she notify you before moving?
Does her move intefere with your visitation?
If she left less than 6 months ago, and her move has interfered with your visitation,
file a contempt and change of visitation/custody action.
