father stop coming on his weekend of visition

i wanted to know what to do? my daugthers father took me to court for visition and he only came to one weekend visit and he stop coming.he don't call his daugther and doesn't show. what should i do? do you get the same juge that did your case the last time if i take it to court when i puit a violation of visition on him? what else should i do?

You cannot terminate or "violate" a father's visitation, because the father does not show up, call, or otherwise make contact with the child.

Do the best you can to help your child handle the hurt and damage the father's conduct imposes upon the child, now and in the future.

But, be honest! and Do Not attempt to protect the "father's image in the mistaken belief that you are helping the child's ego. If you do, the child is likely to turn on you, when the father lies to the child about his reasons for not showing up.
