Legal Question in Family Law in New York

My husband has abandoned me. We've been married approximately 8 months. He left about a month ago. He no longer contacts his friends or family. We suspect either another woman or drugs. (It's probably drugs)
I am also 6 weeks pregnant.
He calls me about once a week and says he wants to come by and talk about 'us'. When he does't show up.. I become severly distressed. I cry to the point of hyperventilating and sometimes don't leave my house for days. I am on paid disability from work because of the stress & depression.
I want to move on. I want to be healthy for my child.
His name is on the deed to the house and he still pays 1/2 the mortgage because his unemployment check comes to me. My name is on all the utilities.
What rights do I have to keep him away from me?
