Legal Question in Family Law in New York

Lived with girlfriend in New York Satate for 6 years, she has asked me to move out and I want to sue for support. I suffer from a dibilitateing joint disease am out of work but collecting unemployment. I need support to start over again and do not know if I can sue her for that.

In general, this is not something you can receive from a non-spouse. I would say no and look into a Disability Claim.
