Legal Question in Family Law in New York

objection

If you rec'd a letter from the judge ruling the case as dismissed and denied, because you did not bring the proper paperwork, which in this case, would be w2's, pay stub and affidavit of expenses, would sending the information with an objection letter be considered a valid reason for the objection? Where upon it would be looked at by the judge at this time. Also, the other lawyers had already rec'd this information before the trial.

Re: objection

Hi:

I am not quite sure what type of case you are talking about and what relief you are seeking. If the case was dismissed without prejudice then you can always refile.

Good Luck
