Legal Question in Family Law in New York

W2 income not reported..my kids STILL loose out...

Ex filed in May 2006 that he was receiving 1/2 pay due to disability. In 11/06 Support Magistrate reduced child support for two children based on paystubs, doctor note, etc., that were supplied by Ex. I came to find, and receive copy of W2 disability earnings (that he DID NOT PROVIDE TO THE COURT AT ANY TIME) making his pay for the above period 100%. In Jan. when I received the decision, I WAS in debt. to HIM for $1,200 and have not received 1 cent in support for my children since.

I appealed decision based on the W2 information that I received. I submitted it to the court in January and received my response today that my objections have been DENIED.

Please tell me where this is in the best interest of my children. The order tells me that I can again appeal this decision. To what avail? Will the next judge see that my Ex came into Court with, and continues to come into Court with ''dirty hands''?

Thank you for your time.

Hi:

You really should speak with local counsel to appeal this decision, since despite limited info supplied it appears that there was a fraud on the Court.

Good Luck
